01.03.2010 Zerafshan Tourism Board Penjikent Office - Now Open – Tourist Information Centre

We have 2 English speaking members of staff, in particular Ganjina Ruhulova, is our very well informed and resourceful Communications Officer in the Tourist Information Centre where the following services are available:

Book: Transport and drivers, accommodation (hotels, guesthouses and homestays), city guides, trekking guides, and local excursions.

Get information and literature about: Tour Operators, accommodation, trekking, places to eat and things to see and do in and around Penjikent and Zerafshan, maps and guidebooks.

Regional news: Public transport and shared taxis, up to date weather and road condition reports, news and events in the region.

Onward travel advice: Information on how to get to and where to stay in other regions, up to date information on foreign embassies addresses and opening times. Registration and permits advice.
